YOUR BOOKING

At the time of making the booking / as a condition of a booking and on your booking confirmation you will be advised that we kindly require all passengers to wear a facial covering for the duration of the journey (including entry & exit of the vehicle). We will also advise you if the vehicle of your choice will enable social distancing of 2m between driver and passenger.

The driver can refuse the journey if the passenger does not wear a face covering.

All our chauffeurs must wear a face mask.

We have reduced the number of passengers in each car therefore no one is permitted to sit in the front seat next to the driver.

Who does NOT need to wear a face covering?

Face coverings should not be used by children under the age of 3 or those with respiratory conditions. Disabled people and those with breathing difficulties are also exempt from wearing a face covering.

SOCIAL DISTANCING DURING YOUR JOURNEY

Social distancing is a way to slow down or stop the spread of infectious diseases such as Coronavirus (COVID-19) by limiting contact between you and others.

We have now put in place few measures to protect our clients and our chauffeurs by following advice:

No handshakes so our driver will greet you with a slight bow instead.

We advise:

The passenger to enter the vehicle via the rear side passenger door ( diagonally opposite the driver) and to sit in the rear side passenger seat during the duration of the journey.

To travel alone or with other members of their household.

When finishing your journey, we recommend you:

To wash your hands for at least 20 seconds with the soap or sanitize your hands as soon as possible.

We always remind our chauffeur to strictly follow UK Government PHE/NHS advice to ensure they are not exhibiting symptoms associated with COVID-19.

VIP MAYFAIR’s CLIENTS

We’d like to ask the same from you (clients) to NOT book with us if you are showing COVID-19 symptoms that can be found on NHS website.

VIP MAYFAIR’s VEHICLES

All our cars are cleaned & sanitised twice a day. We ask our drivers to disinfect high-touch areas such as door handles, seat belts, cable charges, passenger’s seats after each journey.

No more newspapers/ magazines in the vehicle instead we supply each car with free hand-sanitiser and tissues.

VIP Mayfair offers V Class Mercedes extra-long wheel base where passengers can sit in the rear seats offering a level of social distancing.

We update our guidelines frequently, taking into account additional measures announced by the Government to manage the spread of Covid-19.
